“Telefon Tel Aviv: il nuovo album Dreams Are Not Enough, in uscita su Ghostly.
Josh Eustis torna in Europa per promuovere il nuovo album, a dieci anni di distanza dalla pubblicazione dell’ultimo Immolate Yourself e dalla tragica scomparsa del socio e amico Charles W. Cooper.
L’artista di Chicago sarà in Italia tra Novembre e Dicembre per 5 date imperdibili (il 6 dicembre a Napoli), accompagnato nella performance dai visuals di Krsn / Pfadfinderei, già visuals/artist per i live dei Moderat/Modeselektor.
I titoli dei brani del nuovo album, presi insieme, formano una poesia:
-I dream of it often
-a younger version of myself,
-standing at the bottom of the ocean;
-arms aloft,
-mouth agape,
-eyes glaring,
-not seeing,
-not breathing,
-still as stone in a watery fane.”
