Gaetano Massa testifies the intense life and art of the new hip hop myths, in a series of portraits in which faces and places become a whole.

A natural process, for a music that was born just as revendication and redemption of one’s own origins. That sometimes are from a difficult social and geographical context.

That’s why the exhibition is completed by some postcard-size photo portraits in open edition, shot by the author in immigration centres in which music is used as a tool for integration and expression.
